- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 lrg Portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 pt cream
- 1/4 lb Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chicken base
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch freshly-grnd black pepper
Инструкции
- Place 2 tsp. of extra virgin olive oil in grill pan. When warm, grill mushrooms for 2 to 3 min. Remove from pan.
- Sauce: Saute/fry onions in small saute/fry pan, till translucent/soft, add in cream, crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, chicken base, salt and pepper. Constantly stir for 5 min.
- On a 6-inch plate, spoon sauce, place 1 grilled Portobello mushroom in center. Lightly drizzle more sauce over the mushroom.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
