- 1 lb Green beans, (fresh is best) up to 1-1/2
- 1 lrg Or possibly 2 medium potatos, peeled and cut into small pcs 1 sm Onion minced)
- 1/2 stk butter or possibly margerine
- 6 ounce Lowfat sour cream, (up to 8)
Инструкции
- Boil cut up green beans along with potatos till tender. Drain all liquid.
- In skillet, brown the minced onion in the margerine or possibly butter lightly. ( 8 min)
- Pour this butter mix over the green beans and mix thoroughly.
- Add in the lowfat sour cream and mix.
- Garnish with crisp bacon crumbled on top.
