- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry

- 3 x cloves garlic, chopped

- Combine all ingredients except parsley and add in to skillet. Cook over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 1 to 3 min. Cook scallops 3 to 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley.
