- 8 Large eggs
- 4 ounce. fully cooked turkey sausage links
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced and cored
- 1 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella

- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place crust in 10 inch pizza pan and cook for 5 min till lightly brown. While crust is baking, scramble Large eggs till moist, not dry. Spread Large eggs over crust. Top with cut-up sausage, tomato and cheese. Bake 5 min till cheese is melted. Cut into slices.
