- 2 teaspoon minced onion
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. ham, cubed or possibly Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
- 1 c. grated Swiss or possibly Mozzarella cheese
- 1 frzn pie shell, thawed or possibly make your own
