- 1 c. bell pepper, finely minced
- 1/4 c. warm red pepper, finely minced
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (6 ounce.) bottle Certo
Инструкции
- Mix minced pepper with red pepper, vinegar and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 7 min. Remove from heat and cold for 5 min. Add in Certo. Mix thoroughly. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 6-7 1/2 pints.
