- Mix minced pepper with red pepper, vinegar and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 7 min. Remove from heat and cold for 5 min. Add in Certo. Mix thoroughly. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 6-7 1/2 pints.
