- 2/3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 14 ounce Tuna in water, liquid removed
- 2 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 4 x Large eggs, hard-boiled, minced
- 6 Tbsp. Corn flake crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted

- TUNA: In medium bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients and toss lightly to combine. Spoon proportionately into individual baking dishes. Sprinkle topping over tuna mix. Run under broiler, six inches from heat, till crumb mix browns (about 5 min). Garnish with parsley and lemon slices and serve immediately.
- TOPPING: Toss all ingredients together till well mixed.

- NOTES : This is perfect for brunch. Make Corn Flake Crisps for dessert with the leftover cereal.
