- 1 pound lump crab meat (picked over and rinsed)
- 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 lg. stalk celery, minced
- 1 hard boiled egg, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T prepared mustard

- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Then put into a casserole dish, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 min or possibly till top is golden brown. Serves 4-6.
