Ingredients: 2 lb Red snapper fillets; 2/3 c. Dry bread crumbs; 1/3 c. Melted butter; 1/4 c. Grated onion; 1 tsp Chili pwdr; 1 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Grnd thyme; 1 dsh Cayenne pepper Paprika Lemon wedges; 1 x Sliced avocado (optional)

Ингредиенты

2 lb Red snapper fillets
2/3 c. Dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. Melted butter
1/4 c. Grated onion
1 tsp Chili pwdr
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Grnd thyme
1 dsh Cayenne pepper Paprika Lemon wedges
1 x Sliced avocado (optional)

Инструкции

Place fish in a single layer, skin side down, in 16 X 10" baking pan.
In bowl combine bread crumbs, butter, onion, chili pwdr, salt, thyme & pepper. Sprinkle mix over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 20-25 min in 350 oven. Serve with lemon wedges & avocado.
