- 1 lb cranberries washed
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
Инструкции
- Cook the cranberries, water and sugar till the berries pop and a thick sauce forms. Cold.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla.
- In a glass serving dish, layer the cranberry mix, breadcrumbs and whipped cream. Repeat once.
- Cover the dish and chill overnight before serving.
- Description: "Minnesota Swedish Holiday Sweet Salad or possibly Dessert"
