- 1 c. Enriched, all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk Egg substitute equivalent to 2 Large eggs
Инструкции
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
- 2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. Stir in oil, lowfat milk, and egg substitute only till flour is moistened. Don't overmix.
- 4. Pour into an oiled 8 x 8-inich pan.
- 5. Bake for 20-25 min.
