Name: Cajun Style Cornbread
Ingredients: 2 box cornbread mix; 6 x Large eggs; 1 stk melted butter or possibly margarine; 1 x onion minced; 2 c. grated cheese; 1 box broccoli (8 ounce.) thawed; 1 lb crawfish tails; 1/2 tsp Seafood Magic salt & pepper to taste

Ингредиенты

2 box cornbread mix
6 x Large eggs
1 stk melted butter or possibly margarine
1 x onion minced
2 c. grated cheese
1 box broccoli (8 ounce.) thawed
1 lb crawfish tails
1/2 tsp Seafood Magic salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 F, Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 min or possibly till top is golden and center springs back when touched.
