Ингредиенты
- 6 x strips bacon
- 6 c. coarsely shredded green cabbage
- 1 c. coleslaw dressing
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 pt cherry tomatoes halved
Инструкции
- 1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium high heat till proportionately brown. Let cold, crumble and set aside.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the bacon, cabbage and dressing. Mix well. Sprinkle with blue cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes. Chill and serve chilled.
- NOTES : Once you taste this you will never go back to the 'old' way of making coleslaw!
