  2. 2. RECONSTITUE Lowfat milk; Add in SALAD DRESSING, PEPPER, MUSTARD, SALT AND SUGAR; MIX WELL.
  3. 3. Add in VINEGAR GRADUALLY; BLEND WELL.
  4. 4. POUR DRESSING OVER CABBAGE; TOSS LIGHTLY Till WELL MIXED.
