- RECONSTITUE Lowfat milk; Add in SALAD DRESSING, PEPPER, MUSTARD, SALT AND SUGAR; MIX WELL.
- Add in VINEGAR GRADUALLY; BLEND WELL.
- POUR DRESSING OVER CABBAGE; TOSS LIGHTLY Till WELL MIXED.
- COVER; Chill Till READY TO SERVE.
- NOTE:
- IN STEP 1, 15 LB FRESH CABBAGE A.P. WILL YIELD 12 LB FINELY SHREDDED CABBAGE.
