Ингредиенты
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 2 x Celery stalks, minced
- 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 2 c. Grnd Seitan
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cloves, grnd Cayenne or possibly warm sauce, to taste
- 2 c. Red kidney beans, cooked
- 1/2 c. Liquid from beans
- 4 c. Tomatoes, canned Tamari to taste
Инструкции
- Heat the oil in a large, heavy kettle. Add in the onion and celery. Saute/fry till almost tender. Add in the garlic, green pepper, gluten, and spices.
- Saute/fry for a few min more.
- Add in the beans, cooking liquid, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for about 10 min. Add in tamari to taste.
- Serve with cornbread or possibly tortillas and a big green salad.
