- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 slices ginger, squeezed

- Mix together. 1/2 pound sm. button mushrooms 1/4 pound snow peas 1 onion, cut into 1" pcs Dash white pepper Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 1/3 c. water 3 tbsp. oil
- Place chicken in marinade for 1/2 hour. Saute/fry onions and mushrooms in half of the oil. Remove and set aside. Add in remaining oil and stir fry the chicken for 2 min. Add in sherry while stirring. Add in salt, pepper, onions, mushrooms and snow peas. Add in cornstarch-water mix and cook till sauce is thickened.
