- 1 egg
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 med. onion, finely minced
- 1 tbsp. finely mango (opt.)
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- Combine all ingredients. Shape into 6 large patties. Flatten out steaks. Cook in a slightly greased skillet at 375 degrees. Cook till steaks are brown on both sides.
