- 1 lb Grund turkey
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 14 ounce Jar spaghetti sauce
- 10 3/4 ounce Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. Water
- 3 ounce Uncooked dumpling egg noodles (2 c.)
- 4 1/2 ounce Jar sliced mushrooms, drain
- 4 ounce Shredded Cheddar (1 c.)

- 1. In large skillet, brown grnd turkey with onion; drain. Add in spaghetti sauce and soup; mix well. Stir in water. Bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 8 to 10 min or possibly till noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Uncover; stir in mushrooms. Cook, uncovered, 2 to 4 min or possibly till sauce is of desired consistency, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook 1 to 2 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
