  1. Butter and dice bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Butter a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Layer 1/2 the bread then 1/2 the cheese, then the remaining bread, then remaining cheese. Put large eggs in blender just to break up and mix. Add in dry ingredients and blend, then Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, cream and lowfat milk. Blend well. Pour mix over cheese and layered bread. Add in lowfat milk if needed to fully cover bread and cheese.Cover casserole dish with foil and place in refrigerator for 24 hrs. Take out 2 hrs before serving. Let stand for 30 min. Set in cold oven then turn on oven to 300 degrees. Bake for about 1 hour or possibly till brown, bubbly and firmly set.
