2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp baking pwdr
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. oil

Инструкции

Add in, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition:- 4 x eggsBlend in:-3 c. grated carrots1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts.
Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 min.
