- 1/4 c. light brown sugar
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 c. butter (2 sticks), room temperature
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 lg. large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 1/4 c. cake flour, not self rising
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 T grated orange rind
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Makes 1 10-inch cake.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease a 10 inch bundt pan.
- In a small bowl, put together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half the mix over sides and bottom of pan, twirling the pan and patting with your fingers to distribute evenly. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in lowfat sour cream and blend well. Sift cake flour, baking pwdr, and baking soda. Fold into batter, beating only till smooth. Blend in orange rind and vanilla extract. Transfer 1/2 the batter into pan and sprinkle with remainder of sugar-cinnamon mix. Cover with remaining batter.
- Bake 35 min or possibly till a cake tester comes out dry. Cool on a cake rack for about 15 min. Invert pan on a cake platter and remove pan. Let cool completely.
