- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 10 ounce. frzn broccoli, cooked
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Saute/fry diced onions in butter over low heat, 5 min. Stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk and continue to cook and stir till mix comes to a boil and thickens. Add in cooked broccoli and bouillon cubes. Stir till cubes are melted. Add in Velveeta cheese. Stir till melted and blended. Be careful not to let the soup get beyond the boiling point.
