- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 slices cubed white bread (can also use French or possibly sour dough bread)
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound sausage (can use warm sausage or possibly minced ham)

- Brown sausage and drain. Mix other ingredients and add in sausage. Put in 8 x 10 inch greased pan and chill. The next day bake at 350 degrees for 30 min and 300 degrees for an additional 10 min. Can also add in jalapeno peppers and use as hors d'oeuvres. Or possibly take 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can lowfat milk and mix; pour over for something different.
