- 1 1/2 c. Sifted flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Margerine (one stick)
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Blueberries, floured
Инструкции
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt together. Cream the margerin with sugar till very fluffy, add in Large eggs and beat well. Add in flour mix to creamed mix alternately with the lowfat milk. Beat EXTREMELY well. the longer you beat it the better it will be. mix in vanilla, and floured berries. Pour batter into well greased 8 inch square pan. Sprinle with granulated sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min.
