- 3 Large eggs
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. frzn spinach (thawed), minced
- 1 stick melted butter
- 8 ounce. Feta cheese
Инструкции
- Squeeze all the water out of spinach. Beat Large eggs then add in Bisquick, lowfat milk, then spinach. Pour into 9x13 pan.
- Crumble Feta cheese on top and drizzle melted butter over cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
