Ингредиенты
- 1/2 lb Each of pork, veal, lamb & .beef
- 1/2 lb Venison (optional)
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms, cooked
- 1/4 lb Bacon
- 1/2 lb Polish sausage cut in small .pcs
- 1 quart Sauerkraut Water or possibly vegetable stock Salt and pepper to taste
Инструкции
- Wash sauerkraut and cook till tender. Cut bacon and fry. Add in onion and meat and fry till meat is slightly brown. Add in water or possibly vegetable stock and cook till meat is tender. Add in Polish sausage and sauerkraut and boil till the flavors blend. Season to taste.
