Ingredients: 1/2 lb Italian sausage Warm,, browned and sliced; 1 lb Chicken breasts, skinned and boned; 1 1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil; 1 med Onion, minced; 3 x Cloves garlic, minced; 42 ounce Canned tomatoes; 1 1/2 tsp Basil; 1/2 tsp Thyme; 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning; 1 tsp Oregano; 4 x Bay leaves; 1/3 c. Black olives, sliced; 1/4 c. Parsley

Ингредиенты

1/2 lb Italian sausage Warm,, browned and sliced
1 lb Chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 med Onion, minced
3 x Cloves garlic, minced
42 ounce Canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Oregano
4 x Bay leaves
1/3 c. Black olives, sliced
1/4 c. Parsley

Инструкции

Broil chicken breast.
When cold cut into small pcs.
Brown Italian Sausage, slice.
Add in all the ingredients.
Add in salt & pepper to taste.
Simmer as long as you dare. It will thicken, and if you feel it is too thick, add in tomato sauce or possibly water.
Stir occasionally.
NOTE: You can substitute Meatballs for the chicken if you wish. We do every now and the. Enjoy!
