- 1 lb thinly sliced cooked roast beef cut into 1-inch strips (3 c.)
- 6 x hamburger buns split
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd mustard
- 1 x clove garlic finely minced

- 1. Make Zesty Barbecue Sauce.
- 2. Stir beef into sauce. Cover and simmer about 5 min or possibly till beef is warm. Fill buns with beef mix.
- Zesty Barbecue Sauce: Heat all ingredients to boiling in 1-qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
- Simmer uncovered 10 min, stirring occasionally.
