  • 1 c. gingerale or possibly 7-Up
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce

  1. Cut the Polish sausage in small slices. Put in a pan on the top of the stove. Add in sugar, ale and barbecue sauce. Simmer for 3/4 hour or possibly till the juice starts to thicken. Be sure the meat is covered with the liquid. Add in more sauce if needed. Toothpick food!
