- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon Shake of nutmeg Liquid from apricots, (about 1 c.)
- 1/3 c. Light raisins
- 3 Tbsp. Sherry or possibly 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Grated orange rind
