- 4 shots of vinegar
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce.) bottle water
- 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper or possibly 1 yellow pepper (whatever you prefer)
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- Dash of salt and pepper

- In large stew pan add in all the ingredients. Cook on high for 15 min without lid. Then simmer for 1 hour with lid on. Make your favorite rice - depending on the number of servings. Add in chicken cacciatore over rice.
