Рецепт veggie burger
one of the things I do at times when I want to loose wieght is eat veggie burgers.. I have a nija got down at walmart, but also found them cheaper at sams, but anyhow, I know you'd like them.

- 1 of maybe 2 eggs
- green beans
- corn
- a few shakes of parm cheese
- a few shakes whistershire sace(enough to make it have some meat taste)
- tomatoes
- oatmeal
- seasonings
Инструкции
- add what any of that or other things you want, mushrooms, beans, maybe some celry,
- add oatmeal, eggs 1 or 2 depends on how much oatmeal you use to make it bind, make your mixture into hamberger patties, fry in cannola oil, take off and put on a paper towel, then make a hamberger out of it. put on bun, add lettus, and what ever you have on a hamberger, pickels,add seasonings, ect..
- usine a nija makes into a great mush that can be formed into hamberger patties.
