- 1 can DOLE Pineapple Chunks (20z)
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Rosemary, crushed
- 6 x Half chicken breasts, boned
- 1 x Lemon, thinly sliced

- DRAIN pineapple, reserve juice. Combine reserved juice with garlic, cornstarch, Wrocestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary. Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan or possibly broiler-proof dish, skin side up.
- BROIL till browned. Stir sauce; pour over chicken. BAKE at 400'F. 30 min. Arrange lemon and pineapple slices around chicken. Spoon sauce from baking pan over all; continue baking 5 min. Garnish with fresh rosemary or possibly parsley, if you like.
- Prep Time: 10 min.
- Bake Time: 40 min.
