Рецепт Turkish Patlican (Poplajon, Eggplant)
One of the oldest dishes in Turkey. This dish is called paplajon even if it doesn't have eggplant in it it is called Patlican. Simple to cook, similar to one of our stews. Chicken or beef can be used.
Turkish people cook with tomato paste with just about everything in the area where I live.
It is called tomato salsha, made at home or bought in the stores.
Amounts of vegetables do not matter, just add as desired.
