Ingredients: 425 gm Tin tuna (in springwater); 1 x Finely minced onion; 1 tsp Chopped garlic; 1/2 med Capsicum diced; 8 med Mushrooms sliced; 410 gm Tin tomatoes minced; 4 Tbsp. Tomato paste; 1 tsp Mixed herbs; pn Basil, salt and sugar

Ингредиенты

425 gm Tin tuna (in springwater)
1 x Finely minced onion
1 tsp Chopped garlic
1/2 med Capsicum diced
8 med Mushrooms sliced
410 gm Tin tomatoes minced
4 Tbsp. Tomato paste
1 tsp Mixed herbs
Â Â pn Basil, salt and sugar

Инструкции

Saute/fry onion and garlic till transparent, then add in capsicum and mushrooms and fry till soft. Add in tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, basil, salt and sugar, and simmer for 5-10 min. Lastly add in the liquid removed tuna and simmer for a further 10 min.
This pasta suace can then be used on any preferred type of pasta.
