- 1 pound beef round steak cut in 1/4 inch wide strips
- 1 teaspoon paprika - sprinkle over meat
- 2 cloves garlic (or possibly equivalent) crushed
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 c. sliced green onion
- 1 can DelMonte tomato wedges (liquid removed)
- 1 lg. can sliced mushrooms (liquid removed)
- 2 green peppers cut in strips
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- Cooked rice
Инструкции
- Brown meat in butter. Add in garlic and broth. Cover and simmer 30 min. Stir in green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook about 5 min (till peppers start to get tender).
- Combine soy sauce, water and cornstarch and MIX WELL. Add in to meat mix and cook till thickened. Stir in onions. Serve over rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
