- 1lbs of Chicken Wings
- 1/4th Cup of Hot Sauce (like Texas' Pete's)
- 1/4 Cup of butter
- 1/2 Tbl. Garlic Powder
- a shake or two of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 Tsp. of Caynne Pepper (optional)
- Blue Cheese dressing for dipping

- To save some money, but a package of whole chicken wings and cut them up. How to do this can be found here; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsxOITRElE8
- When the are all cut up, stem the wings for about 12 minutes. Work in batches if you have to, but they should be a single layer in the steamer. If your cheap like me, you can make a steamer easily with a strainer and big pot, just make sure you have a lid big enough to cover.
- On a cookie sheet lined with paper towels, arrange the wings in single file and put into the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes. This help dry the wings as well as draw out moisture. This is important for the crispness of the final product
- Pre-Heat your oven to 425 degrees
- Use a rack to put over the wings if you have one. not a HUGE deal if you dont, but it does help. Just remember to take the paper towels off first!
- Cook the wings for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes.
- While the wings are cooking, mix the: 1/4th Cup of Hot Sauce (like Texas' Pete's) 1/4 Cup of butter 1/2 Tbl. Garlic Powder a shake or two of Worcestershire Sauce, 1/8 Tsp. of Caynne Pepper (optional) in a small bowl and melt them over low heat
- Remove the wings from the oven and transfer to the bowl and toss with the sauce. Serve warm
