- 1 pound flank steak
- 2 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sherry
- 1/4 c. sunflower oil
- 4 lg. green peppers cut in strips
- Warm cooked rice

- Place steak in freezer till partially frzn so it will slice easily into strips. In dish, mix cornstarch, ginger, sugar, soy sauce and sherry. Marinate the meat in this mix for 30 min. Heat oil in large pan or possibly wok; add in peppers and stir fry. Add in meat and cook till meat loses its color. Serve over rice.
