Ингредиенты
- 2 kilos of chicken wings
- 1 pouch of Del Monte Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce (560 g)
- 2 tsp of hot sauce
- Marinade:
- 2 heads of garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 tbsp of hot sauce
- 1 tsp of iodized or fine salt (or 1 tbps of rock salt)
Инструкции
- Marinade chicken for 30 minutes then deep-fry until brown. Set aside.
- Combine Del Monte Spaghetti Sauce, 1/2 cup of water, hot sauce and salt to taste. Allow to simmer then add chicken wings. Simmer over high heat with constant stirring for 10 minutes or until almost dry. Serve with sour cream as dip, if desired.
