- 1 pound grnd ham
- 1/2 pound grnd beef

- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar

- Mix egg, water, and lowfat milk well. Add in the rest of ingredients. Mix and shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls and place in casserole.
- Bring to full rolling boil. Pour over ham balls. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
