- 1 tsp plain gelatin
- 2Â 1/2 c. low fat lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Nestle Quik Sugar Free chocolate drink mix
- 1 c. liquid removed yogurt (the solid half of 2 c. yogurt strained overnight)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dsh salt

- Soften gelatin in 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Heat in a small saucepan till gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Place saucepan in another bowl of cool or possibly ice water to cold mix to room temperature. Pour mix into a blender or possibly food processor. Add in remaining lowfat milk, Quik, yogurt, vanilla and salt. Blend till smooth. Cover. Refrigeratein the refrigerator till ready to freeze.
- Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
