- Soften gelatin in 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Heat in a small saucepan till gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat. Place saucepan in another bowl of cool or possibly ice water to cold mix to room temperature. Pour mix into a blender or possibly food processor. Add in remaining lowfat milk, Quik, yogurt, vanilla and salt. Blend till smooth. Cover. Refrigeratein the refrigerator till ready to freeze.
- Blend for a few seconds before pouring into the ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
