- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 x Garlic cloves,crushed
- 12 ounce Sirloin steak,thin sliced
- 1 x Sweet red pepper,thin strips
- 1 x Sweet yellow pepper,thin str
- 1 x Onion,large,1/2d & cut/strip
- 1/4 lb Mushrooms,halved/quartered

- 1. Combine 1 Tbsp. oil, soy sauce, sherry, water, cornstarch, sugar and garlic in a shallow nonmetal dish. Add in the steak strips.
- 2. Heat remaining Tbsp. oil in wok or possibly nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in peppers, onion, mushrooms; stir-fry 3-5 min till tender-crisp. Remove and reserve.
- 3. Add in undrained steak to wok; stir-fry 2 min till no longer pink.
- Return vegetables to wok; stir-fry to heat through. Serve over rice.
