Ингредиенты
- 1Â 1/2 lb squid cleaned, and
- Â Â cut into rings
- 1 lb tomatoes - (generous) cut into pcs
- 2 x bell peppers (red or possibly green) cut into pcs
- 2 x onions coarsely minced
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x garlic clove finely minced

- Cut the squid into small pcs. Place the tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions in a bowl.
- Stir together the vinegar, salt, pepper and 4 Tbsp. of the extra virgin olive oil to make a dressing. Pour this over the salad ingredients, and turn them till thoroughly coated.
- Heat the remaining oil in a skillet. Fry the squid and garlic till golden brown. Scatter them over the salad while still warm. Mix carefully and serve immediately.
