Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 lb squid cleaned, and
  •     cut into rings
  • 1 lb tomatoes - (generous) cut into pcs
  • 2 x bell peppers (red or possibly green) cut into pcs
  • 2 x onions coarsely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x garlic clove finely minced

Инструкции

  1. Cut the squid into small pcs. Place the tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions in a bowl.
  2. Stir together the vinegar, salt, pepper and 4 Tbsp. of the extra virgin olive oil to make a dressing. Pour this over the salad ingredients, and turn them till thoroughly coated.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a skillet. Fry the squid and garlic till golden brown. Scatter them over the salad while still warm. Mix carefully and serve immediately.
