- 1 lb grnd round/sirloin
- 1/2 lb grnd turkey or possibly pork
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1Â 1/2 c. minced liquid removed spinach
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Â Â Garlic to taste
- 2 med Large eggs

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Mold meatloaf in large bread pan or possibly meatloaf pan.
- Place in oven approximately 50 min. Let set for 5 min before serving.
