- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & well liquid removed
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, coarsely minced
