- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 x shakes Pick-a-Pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, minced
- 2/3 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 6 Tbsp. or possibly less brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp dry mustard

- Mix all ingredients of meat mix and bake 30 min at 375 degrees.
- Mix topping ingredients; drizzle over meat loaf and continue baking about another 15 min.
